What the Historic Blocks Rent
Encanto's older homes see a steady run of restoration work, so remodels drive a lot of the orders here. A kitchen or roof project on a brick bungalow takes a single standard on the driveway, and adding a handwashing station keeps the crew from tracking dust into a house being redone. When the work stretches through summer, that pairing does the heavy lifting.
The neighborhood also throws parties, from a milestone birthday in a shaded backyard to a gathering near the park, and those lean toward a flushing deluxe with a sink. For a larger reunion we add an ADA accessible unit for older guests, and an occasional formal event calls for a restroom trailer. We match the order to the crowd.
Working Around Mature Yards
Unlike the gravel-xeriscape newer subdivisions, Encanto has grass, big shade trees, and irrigation, so placement takes a little more care. We set units on a driveway or a firm, level patch off the lawn where the truck has a clear path and roots and low branches are not in the way. Keeping a unit off soft, watered ground avoids sinking and keeps it steady.
On the tighter historic lots we tuck the unit along a side fence or behind a gate out of the street view. A quick look at the access before the date, especially where a narrow drive or an alley is involved, keeps the drop clean.
Choosing Between Units
For most Encanto jobs the choice comes down to a standard for a work site versus a flushing deluxe for guests, and we are happy to talk it through. A weekend party with a sink and a mirror reads very differently from a construction unit, and older relatives appreciate the ADA accessible option. Tell us who is using it and for how long, and we point you to the unit that fits without overspending.
